1. Overview

At Kyxrelynkhex, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our website kyxrelynkhex.ddd.

This policy is designed to comply with EU consumer protection regulations, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

2.1 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

2.2 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  • 14 days after the day we receive back any goods supplied, or
  • 14 days after the day you provide evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first for verification purposes

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

2.3 Exceptions to Withdrawal Right

The withdrawal right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened Products: Products must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging
  • Original Condition: Products must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of use
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery for unopened products
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or order number)

3.1 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Products that have been improperly stored
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago (unless exercising EU withdrawal rights within 14 days)

4. Return Process

4.1 Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team at callme@kyxrelynkhex.world with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

4.2 Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping address
  • Instructions for packaging and shipping

4.3 Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method.

Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

4.4 Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card within 5-10 business days after processing
  • Bank Transfer: Refunded to the original bank account within 5-10 business days
  • Other Payment Methods: Refunded according to the payment provider's policies

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

For confirmed damaged or defective products, we will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label
  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund including original shipping costs

7. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
  • Ship the correct item at no additional cost
  • Or provide a full refund if preferred

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at callme@kyxrelynkhex.world. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.

For successfully cancelled orders, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

9. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Defective/Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs
  • EU Withdrawal Rights: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for standard returns. If you return all items from an order, the original shipping cost will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.

10. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • Only some items from an order are returned
  • Items show signs of use or damage not caused by us
  • Items are returned without original packaging

11. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

12. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary
